Is there a way of resetting my heart rate status as my training is showing strained. It’s not changed with gentle exercise. My pre operation HR was around 40 now it’s 52 minimum as my base heart rate has been elevated artificially by a pacemaker. Tiny on your wrist. Garmin Support Center United Kingdom is where you will find answers to frequently asked questions and resources to help with all of your Garmin products. The Garmin Instinct is working. It senses the heart rate, it displays the rate, high and low. The watch maintains a running graph of the last four hours. The Android Garmin app only displays the current heart rate. The smartphone app does not show a running graph since 10-22-20. The high low data does not show either. Any ideas? Thanks, CAL
1. On your Bike touchscreen, tap Settings in the top-right corner. Then, select Heart Rate Monitor. 2. Find your Heart Rate Monitor from the Available Devices list. 3. Tap Connect to pair. If your Heart Rate Monitor does not appear, select the refresh option in the top-right corner of the Heart Rate Monitor wizard.

I'm also considering buying the new Fenix 5 when it's released but I'm running into the same issue. I have a iPhone 7+ running iOS 10.2 and Connect version 3.13.2.2. I've uninstalled Connect, rebooted, reinstalled as well as the other combinations but Connect never shows up as an available source in Apple Health. Garmin help?

I've just lost the heart rate data from the app for around the fourth time now. The HR data is still showing in the watch but doesn't update to the app. In the past a simple unpair and pair hasn't done it for me. So this time I went straight for a factory reset on the watch. My steps below. 1 Remove device from app. 2 Reset watch.
Hold the touchscreen to view the menu. Select , and select an activity. Select Alerts > HR Alert. To use the range of an existing heart rate zone, select a heart rate zone. To use custom minimum or maximum values, select Custom. Each time you exceed or drop below the specified range or custom value, a message appears and the device vibrates.
Vivosmart -- Heart Monitor info not displayng in Garmin Connect I have the Vivosmart and have problems getting the heart monitor to show in Garmin Connect. I have gone into Device settings and changed Display settings and I still do not have the heart monitor information showing up in Vivosmart.
Well a lot of things will sync from garmin. it looks like i lost: - All the stuff that hadn't sync'd (heart rate sleep etc) over the past 3 days. - All my customizations to run screens, settings etc. My run from yesterday was not lost nor was anything *important* lost as far as i can tell.
