The fuse numbers are on the under side of the engine bay fuse box cover. The cover is removable so you can see them better. You do have to know what number fuse your after per the owner manual. The backlighting is all through the taillamp fuse and relay, it's a 10A in the IPDM (RH rear of the engine box). The dome lamps go through the BCM but are fused upstream from it, it's a 10A fuse in the interior fusebox at the left end of the dash. I will assume you have a multimeter with the OHMS function. With the BS relay removed, connect the meter leads between the LG/OR wire at either the under hood or the glove box lamp connector and verify the short to ground.
